Ayano Nakano, better known as Lotta, made a name for herself through various collaborations with her unique character, Socks the Ghost Cat. Socks, the mysterious ghost cat who travels freely between novels, dreams, and memories of living things, was born from Lotta's doodles. The creatures Socks has met, the sceneries he has seen, and the events experienced through the mysterious power he possesses, DIVE, can be also found in the various collection of Lotta's works. Music being one of Lotta's biggest inspirations, she explores the spectrum-wide exhibition concepts to connect music and art, creating an art scene beyond visual pleasure.
작가명 로타로 더 잘 알려진 아야노 나카노는 본인만의 독특한 고양이 캐릭터인 삭스(Socks)를 통해 다양한 분야와 협업하며 이름을 알리기 시작했다. 소설과 꿈, 생명체의 기억 사이를 자유롭게 오가는 신비로운 캐릭터는 작가의 낙서에서 탄생했다. 삭스가 만난 생명체들과 그가 본 풍경들, 그리고 그가 가진 신비로운 힘 다이브(DIVE)를 통해 경험한 사건들은 그녀의 다양한 작품 속에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 음악은 그녀의 가장 큰 영감 중 하나이며, 음악과 예술을 연결하는 스펙트럼 넓은 전시 개념의 예술 현장을 탐구한다.
NORITOSHI MITSUUCHI

Born in Osaka, Japan, Noritoshi Mitsuuchi studied at Kobe Design University and has been fully dedicated to his art career since 2002. While his work has always resonated with audiences, it was his international success that cemented his reputation as one of the most sought-after contemporary artists among collectors. Renowned for his evocative and unmistakable style, Mitsuuchi’s work combines a childlike simplicity with profound emotional depth. Much like Picasso, he chooses to shed the complexities of advanced techniques he has mastered over the years, embracing the raw, unfiltered vision of a child to let his emotions flow freely onto the canvas. As the artist himself puts it, "The more you strive to perfect your art, the more you lose sight of what truly matters".
At the heart of his work lies the concept of a "mental time journey", a quest to rediscover the nostalgia hidden deep within our souls and the purity of childhood often lost as we grow. RUO HSIN WU

Ruo-Hsin Wu is a visual artist working in painting, drawing, and handmade animation. She majored in Animation at Taipei National University of the Arts, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, and subsequently pursued a Master of Arts degree in Illustration at the Royal College of Art in the United Kingdom.
Her visual styles are dreamy yet bittersweet, fluctuating between innocence and grotesque. The childlike appearance of her work has often packaged uncomfortable feelings and potential threats. Through narrative image-making, Ruo explores the relationship between humans, nature, and other species. Reflecting on her experience, she notes, “Nature is the crossroad of personal and collective memory. Upon moving to London, nature provided me with a sense of intimacy and familiarity.”
Ruo's work often unfolds against dark or white backgrounds. To convey the complexity of inner feelings, she employs the softness of charcoal, the depth of paint, and the delicacy of pencil, utilizing different mediums to express the diverse textures of the inner world. In her solo exhibition “Sunlight, Air, and Water” in 2022, she presents a series of acrylic paintings, exploring different moments of her childhood that have marked her through to adulthood. She links her creative motivation with the psychological concept of "transitional objects" – a soft, huggable item offering psychological comfort to infants in unfamiliar environments—just like how the artist projects her feelings onto each piece of work to adapt to changing realities and mental states.
루오-신 우는 회화, 드로잉, 수작업 애니메이션 작업을 하는 시각 예술가다. 그녀는 타이베이 국립 예술대학에서 애니메이션을 전공으로 하여 미술학사 학위를 취득하였으며, 이어서 영국 왕립예술대학에서 일러스트레이션을 전공으로 하여 예술 석사 학위를 받았다.
